Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are completely free of charge. No fees, no questions asked.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental.

Same-Day Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up or no-shows may be charged the full first day's rental rate.

How to Cancel

To cancel your reservation, contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your reservation details. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees.

Refunds

As our bookings are handled directly (no online prepayment), most cancellations result in no charge. Any deposits paid will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather, natural disaster, or government-imposed travel restrictions, full cancellation without fees will be granted.
