By using the Zora Car website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.
- A valid driver's license and passport or national ID are required at pick-up.
- The renter must be at least 21 years of age. Some premium vehicles may require a minimum age of 25.
- A credit card in the renter's name is required as a security deposit guarantee.
Pricing
- Prices shown are in MAD (Moroccan Dirham) unless otherwise stated.
- Quoted prices include the vehicle rental. Fuel, tolls, and fines are not included unless specified.
- Additional services (child seat, GPS, second driver) are charged at the rates shown.
Vehicle Use
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Off-road use is strictly prohibited unless using a designated 4x4 vehicle with prior approval.
- Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
Liability
Morocco Cars is not liable for personal property left in rented vehicles. Renters are responsible for any traffic fines incurred during the rental period.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
